Riding round Stafford
Twice a year Stafford fills with old bikes. The Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show is at Staffordshire County Showground in October (the 2027 show is 9 and 10 October), and the International Classic MotorCycle Show uses the same showground in April.
For riding, Cannock Chase is just south-east, with the A513 running from Stafford to Rugeley along its northern edge.

Thirty thousand people at a classic show means a lot of bikes changing hands in one weekend, some bought by people who came by car. If you buy at the showground, I can collect it from there and take it home for you.
